Delivery and Shipping Policy
For home delivery will be made before 7-10 days of Ganpati Festival.
Our team will let you know about the delivery dates 1 week prior to delivery.
We request you to review product at the time of delivery only, In case of any damage inform us immediately. After that we are not liable to that.
Kindly show the Order Confirmation Email along with Id proof at the time of receiving the Idol.
Pickup Policy
We have only limited Pickup location.
Customer has to pick up their Idol from their selected Pickup point at the time of ordering. If customer visit another pickup point then we will not deliver idol to them.
At pickup point we do not provide any box or packaging for Ganpati Idol.
Customer have to check Ganpati Idol at Pickup point only for any kind of damage.
Once Ganpati Idol is pickup from Pickup point, we are not responsible for its damage.
Pricing Policy
Prices for the products are quoted on our website.
Payment must be made in advance at the time of ordering on the website.
We will keep your order on hold if we have not received your funds successfully in our account. We will keep you posted about the same.
We do not take orders offline or through other medium then our website.
Refund and Cancellation
Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refundable.
Check idol at the time of delivery only. After that we are not responsible for it.
